Frame Arms Girl – Izumo Destroyer Ver. – Model Kit

Flexible returns
Kotobukiya's Frame Arms Girl Izumo Destroyer Ver. transforms the design of the Frame Arms CVX-83 Izumo, originally created by Takayuki Yanase, into a spectacular mecha girl based on Humikane Shimada's illustration.
This Destroyer version introduces a new color scheme, a more distinct silhouette, and combat-oriented equipment, making it one of Izumo's most striking versions.
⚓ Izumo Becomes a Destroyer
The Izumo Destroyer Ver. maintains the essence of the original design but enhances its warship aesthetic.
One of its most visible changes is the high-leg design, accompanied by a new articulation structure that expands waist movement without losing the character's characteristic lines.
The result is a stylized silhouette packed with weaponry and mechanical elements.
⚔️ Armed to the Teeth
Izumo carries various weapon systems and several combat drones, creating a particularly spectacular configuration.
The massive weapon and armor set can transform into a cruiser configuration or be rearranged to create different forms.
Additionally, the kit includes standard arms and legs that allow Izumo to be displayed in unarmed mode, and the head can also be interchanged between armed and unarmed configurations.
💥 Missiles, Rifle, and Shield
The rear armor hides a good number of mechanical details.
The rear missile hatches can open to place them in firing position, while the dagger located on the rear armor can be detached and used as a weapon.
The rifle and shield have grips for both the right and left hands, offering more freedom when creating poses.
⛓️ Throwing Anchors
The Destroyer version also includes two throwing anchors with their corresponding chains, one of the elements that give this variant the most personality.
These accessories allow for much more dynamic poses and reinforce the image of a naval combat unit brought to the Frame Arms Girl concept.
😊 Three New Faces
Kotobukiya includes three new, sculpted, and pre-printed faces, with a narrower and more expressive gaze:
- Determined expression.
- Bold smile.
- Feline smile.
The faces are pre-printed using tampography, so you don't need to paint the eyes to get a good result directly out of the box.
🦾 Articulation and Customization
The hip armor is articulated to improve thigh movement, while the new waist design allows for a greater variety of poses.
As is common with Frame Arms Girl, it incorporates the characteristic 3mm connection points, allowing the use of weapons and armor from the M.S.G. and Frame Arms lines.
It also includes five sets of PVC hands, compatible with existing weapons from these series.
🧩 Frame Arms Girl Construction
The parts are molded in different colors, and the faces are pre-printed, so it's possible to achieve a very complete result without the need for painting.
The construction system also allows for swapping components with other compatible Frame Arms Girl models, making Izumo an excellent base for customizing and creating your own configurations.
