The HGUC 1/144 Me02R-M01 Messer Type-M01 (Gawman Use) brings to the collection the new Messer used by Gawman Nobile in Mobile Suit Gundam Hathaway: The Sorcery of Nymph Circe. It is a completely new kit that reproduces the characteristic configuration of the Messer M01, differentiated from the Messer Type-F used by Hathaway's group.

⚔️ Gawman's Messer

The Messer Type-M01 was manufactured on a different production line than the Type-F. Although it shares the same internal structure standard and basic specifications, its exterior design is considerably different.

In the story, Gawman uses this unit as a substitute for the Messer Type-F he lost during the Davao air raid. A particularly curious detail is that the paint on the left shoulder was not completed, leaving the original color of the part visible.

🆕 100% new mold

While it may seem like a variant of the previous HGUC Messer Type-F01, this Type-M01 does not reuse the molds of the F01/F02: it is a completely new kit.

Bandai has redesigned the structure and joints, especially improving the model's stability and poseability.

Its large size also stands out: although it is a 1/144, the Messer is a large Mobile Suit and the kit has a considerable presence for a High Grade.

🦾 Surprising articulation

The kit incorporates several solutions to achieve good mobility despite its enormous volume:

• Double joints in elbows and knees.
• Shoulders with forward movement.
• Movable shoulder armor to facilitate arm movement.
• Articulated waist.
• Movable front and rear skirts.
• Multi-directional ankle movement.
• Thighs with different axes of movement.
• Movable Mono-eye.
• Rear armor deployment system.

The result is a Messer capable of adopting quite dynamic combat poses for a Mobile Suit of this size.

🔫 Gawman's Armament

The Type-M01 comes equipped with the characteristic armament of this unit:

Long Beam Rifle

The Long Beam Rifle incorporates an elongated barrel and a side optical sight, designed for longer-range attacks.

The kit allows it to be held with a specific hand for the rifle.

Spike Shoulder Armor

The enormous shoulder armor is one of the most characteristic elements of the Type-M01.

In addition to protecting the arm, it incorporates two Beam Sabers stored inside, which can be extracted for use as weapons.

Small Shield

A Small Shield is mounted on the left arm, considerably more compact than the Messer Type-F's shield.

The design incorporates defensive elements and two 36mm Phalanx systems.

🔥 Hathaway's newest Messer

The HGUC Messer Type-M01 (Gawman Use) is much more than a simple variant of the previous Messer. Its new mold, enormous presence in 1/144, characteristic shoulder armor and articulation improvements make it a particularly attractive piece for Hathaway fans.
